Kia ora, I'm Kirsty, founder of Bootiful Fitness and mum of two from Rotorua.
I've been working in the fitness industry for over 12 years and am passionate about helping people build strength, improve fitness, and feel confident in their bodies. While I have a special interest in pregnancy, postnatal recovery, perimenopause, and menopause, my goal is to make fitness accessible and enjoyable for everyone.
I'm a qualified Personal Trainer with additional training in women's health, menopause, hypermobility, and neurodiversity. You'll usually find me teaching strength, cardio, pelvic floor and core, or mobility sessions.
I'm also neurodiverse, so don't be surprised if I share a story or two during a workout to help distract you from the burn!
I look forward to training with you.

I'm a mum of two with a passion for women's health. Having experienced both the postnatal journey and now perimenopause myself, I understand many of the challenges women face through different stages of life.
I've worked in the fitness industry for over 16 years, beginning my career in South Africa. As a qualified Personal Trainer, I've completed additional training in pre and postnatal exercise, perimenopause, menopause, myofascial movement, scar tissue release, and rehabilitation-focused exercise.
I love helping people move better, manage pain, and build confidence in their bodies. You'll find me leading our weekly Pilates sessions, where we'll work on strength, mobility, balance, and control in a supportive and encouraging environment.
I look forward to seeing you in class!

Kia ora, I'm Larissa. After serving 10 years in the Navy as a Logistics Specialist, my wife and I moved to beautiful Papamoa, where we're raising our two active young boys.
Sport and fitness have always been a big part of my life. I represented New Zealand in basketball and later played for the Cook Islands Rugby 7s team before retiring from competitive sport to focus on family life.
My passion for health and fitness led me to complete my Level 4 Personal Training qualification, and I currently work part-time coaching group fitness classes. I love helping people build confidence, improve their fitness, and discover what they're capable of.
I'm excited to be part of the Bootiful Fitness team and support this amazing community. You'll find me leading our HIIT sessions, bringing plenty of energy, encouragement, and a few sweaty workouts along the way!

Certified Health Coach
Women's wellbeing is my passion
I'm a firm believer that women are at the heart of our communities.
If we have the time, space and support to take care of ourselves, we can absolutely take care of the rest. Women are nurturers by nature but regularly we put our own nurturing on the back burner.
As women in our 30's, 40's and beyond, we know our bodies have changed immeasurably. Our sleep practices, nutrition and exercise all need an update to match.
Our headspace is also in a constant state of flux as we juggle the complexities of outer life along with the chaos of internal changes (mentally, physically and emotionally).
Most of us have no idea where to start in supporting this evolving version of ourselves – and that’s where I can help.
I became a health coach after reaching my own point of burn out, struggling to juggle the various roles and demands of my career, motherhood to two babies, and the rest. Through the journey of establishing the next iteration of myself, I discovered tools and strategies that allowed me to not only regain balance, but also thrive. With my previous career as an Organisational Psychology practitioner, I remain passionate about people, how they tick and how to help them bring forth their best self - my focus has now expanded into physical health too which feels like a perfect string added to my bow.
I’m particularly passionate about helping women navigate their own wellness journey with confidence and support, empowering them to prioritize their health and wellbeing without having to figure it all out alone.
