Located in Rotorua, New Zealand, I work as a Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor. I have a private studio located in Springfield. I have been working with women for the past 5 years and continually educating myself so that I have knowledge of women's health issues that may affect us at all stages of our lives.

Hi I'm Kirsty, I am Based in Rotorua, New Zealand (Otherwise Known as Nu Ziland or Paradise)
I spent 13 years in the New Zealand Navy and I have 2 young children, I am not a trainer that is super fit or has a crazy physique, I am a normal person with a normal body, I train for my mental health as well as my physical Health and I believe that exercise is great but you also have to live a balanced life.
My goal is to get you moving and feeling better, life should be lived and you should do what makes you feel better and happier, I am located in Springfield in my own private studio. I believe that you should be able to have fun as well as working at your level to what your achievements and goals are and life should be about living and making good choices.
I absolutely love my job, and I love meeting new people, hearing their stories, and helping people progress and watch their improvements. I believe that little improvements will get you to your goals and that you should be pushed but in a relaxed fun way.
I am qualified in Pre and Post Natal Fitness, power plate trainer and also a Registered Exercise Professional of New Zealand (REPS) and I am always doing new courses to learn more and I am quite passionate about making sure that you pick a trainer that is not only qualified but fits to you ideas and goals. I am proud to say I have built a fantastic community of woman and am so proud of everyone and their accomplishments no matter how big or small.
