Service Description

Initial Consultation for those that wish to work with Kirsty 1 on 1, 1 on 2. This will go over your Medical Pre Screen, Goals and if time allows a Movement Assessment as well as seeing if we would be a good fit.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation's must be made 24 Hours prior to the appointment, no shows or failure to cancel will result in full charge of session. If cancellation due to sickness a doctors certificate must be presented,
