In our membership program, we embark on a journey of education and exercise, aiming to redefine the way women approach their well-being.

Unlike traditional gym or bootcamp instructors who may not address your unique needs, we focus on strengthening from within, providing the knowledge you need to understand and nourish your body, a great approach when pregnant, post natal, midlife and beyond menopause.

We all need to be stronger as we get older, and learning the essentials will ensure you have body awareness and the education to look after yourself. You can take the information you gain in this membership into anything you do as you get older. This becomes even more crucial around menopause, where hormonal shifts, especially the decline in estrogen, make proactive habits essential.

About Me

I’m Kirsty from Bootiful Fitness, and I want to share something close to my heart with all of you – the "Bootiful Beginnings Membership." As an experienced Mum who's been through the ups and downs of motherhood, I understand how overwhelming and challenging this journey can be.

After years of petitioning for better support and acknowledgment from the government, we still need more help, so I thought it best to create a program that will educate women about birth injuries and prepare their body for birth.

I believe women need to be given clear information and less of the fluff so they are able to make clear decisions around birth and are able to make informed choices.

This is something I've wanted to do for years, but procrastination, mainly led by imposter syndrome, and a massive dislike of being in front of a camera, held me back. However, I knew that women want to have control, they want to know that they are not alone, and they want to know that they can assess health care, because at the end of the day, caring and supporting yourself during and after pregnancy and through motherhood and beyond is health care, from a physical and mental health perspective.

The aim from me is that every woman taking part learns to understand her body and becomes the warrior she needs, armed with essential information that we should have been taught during our life phases like puberty, sex education, childbirth education, and beyond.

 

Let's learn together, support each other, and build a community where we can lean on one another. Together, we'll embrace motherhood with understanding and empowerment.
